Shipping policy

Every GALOVTE piece is printed after you order it. Nothing is pre-made, so there is a production step before your parcel is posted. This page explains what that means for timing.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of being placed. Some arrive sooner. Slower postal routes and customs checks can push it towards 5 weeks.

That total covers two separate stages:

1. Production. Your item is printed and finished. This happens before anything ships.
2. Delivery. The parcel travels to you. How long depends on the postal service and where you are.

If you are ordering for a birthday, Christmas or any other fixed date, order well ahead. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, and we would rather tell you that now than have you gamble on it.

What shipping costs

Shipping is worked out at checkout once you enter your address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

When your order ships

You will get an email as soon as your order is on its way. Where the carrier provides tracking, the link will be in that email.

Customs and duties

Orders that cross a border may attract import duty, tax or a handling fee set by your own country. Those charges come from your customs authority rather than from us, they are not included in what you pay at checkout, and they are yours to pay.

Getting your address right

Please check your delivery address before you confirm your order. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, you will need to pay postage again for it to be sent out a second time.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email teghbirmeen@gmail.com with your order number. Our returns policy covers what happens next.
