A person reads every message. We are a small operation, so it is not instant, but nothing gets ignored.

What to include

You will get a faster answer if you send these up front:

• Your order number, if your question is about an order. It starts with a hash and is in your confirmation email.
• A photo, if something arrived damaged, faulty or misprinted. Please send this within 7 days of delivery. The photo is what gets a claim approved, and without one it takes much longer.
• The product link and your usual size, if you are asking which size to order. Better still, send the flat measurements of a top you already own that fits the way you want. See the size guide for how to take them.

• Size guide for anything about fit. Worth reading before you order, since we cannot exchange for a different size.
