Ordering and delivery
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of being placed. Some arrive sooner. Slower postal routes and customs checks can push it towards 5 weeks. Full detail is on the shipping page.
Why does it take that long?
Because your piece does not exist until you order it. Nothing here is pre-made. It is printed and finished for your order, then posted. That production step happens before anything ships.
Can I get it faster for a birthday or Christmas?
We cannot guarantee a delivery date, so if you are ordering for a fixed day, order well ahead. We would rather say that plainly than have you gamble on it.
How much is shipping?
It is worked out at checkout once you enter your address, so you see the exact figure before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Will I get tracking?
You will get an email as soon as your order is on its way. Where the carrier provides tracking, the link is in that email.
What currency are prices in?
Canadian dollars.
Will I have to pay customs or duty?
If your order crosses a border, your own country may charge import duty, tax or a handling fee. Those come from your customs authority rather than from us, they are not included in the checkout total, and they are yours to pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us straight away and we will do what we can. Orders go into production quickly, and once printing has started the order cannot be changed.
I think I entered the wrong address.
Email us immediately with your order number. If the parcel has already gone out and comes back to us, sending it out again means paying postage a second time.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page carries the full size table for that exact garment, in inches and centimetres. Read the size guide first, because those numbers are not what most people assume.
Why is the chest measurement so small?
Because it is the garment measured flat across the front, not the way round your body. Double it. A chest reading of 21.65 inches is a shirt roughly 43 inches all the way round.
Is there one size chart for the whole shop?
No, and we are not going to invent one. The pieces are cut to many different patterns, so a Medium in a boxy dropped shoulder tee does not measure the same as a Medium in a fitted crop top. The correct table is on the product page you are buying from.
What sizes do you carry?
Most pieces run S to XL, with a good number going to 2XL and 3XL. A few go up to 5XL or down to XS, and a small number use numbered sizing. The size dropdown on the product page is the complete answer for that item.
I am between two sizes.
Take the larger one. Slightly roomy still gets worn. Slightly tight does not.
Returns
Can I return something if it does not fit?
No. We cannot accept returns for the wrong size or for changing your mind. Your piece was made specifically for your order, so there is nothing to restock it into.
We know that is stricter than a high street shop. It is why the measurements are on every product page and why the size guide exists. If you are unsure before ordering, email us and we will help you pick.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
We will put it right. Email teghbirmeen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. The photo is what gets the claim approved.
What if the wrong item arrives?
Same process, and same answer. Photo, order number, within 7 days, and we will sort it.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, in the currency you paid in. How fast it lands is up to your bank, usually a few working days.

The products
What are the shirts made of?
It varies by piece. Some are pure cotton, others are a cotton blend, and the weight differs between styles. The exact fabric is listed on each product page.
How should I wash them?
Cool wash, inside out, and keep the print away from direct heat. That is the honest general answer for a printed garment. Where a specific piece has its own care instructions, they are on its product page.
Are the designs unisex?
Many are. Where a piece is cut as unisex it appears under both Women and Men, because a unisex shirt is a shirt anyone can wear. Pieces cut specifically for one shape only appear in that section.
